Program Analyst (RR1065

HART Technologies, Inc. is looking for a Program Analyst - Administrative Support to work as a member of our engineering services support team in Dahlgren, VA. Candidates who are highly motivated, process-oriented, and are ready to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.

• Work closely with Program Manager to develop reports and briefings.
• Schedule, organize, prepare literature, attend meetings, and take minutes for distribution.
• Collaborate with finance and management support teams to meet project and customer deadlines.
• Provide direct support to customers, employees, and management teams.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders and team members to ensure cohesive efforts across a broad portfolio of tasking.
• Take ownership of routine contract administrative tasks, operating with minimal oversight.
• Track budgets, estimates, and procurements.
• Compile and maintain POC listings for multiple projects.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-6 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Security Clearance.

• Current active DoD Security Clearance.
• MS Project Experience.

• Salary - $50k-$70k
