Electronic Warfare Specialist
This position is contingent upon anticipated award date of March 31, 2026
- Location: Dahlgren, VA
- Security Clearance: Top Secret Clearance Required, must be SCI Eligible – U.S. citizenship required
- Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 – Depending on Experience and Education
- Travel: 10% – Conus & Oconus Travel Required

SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking an Electronic Warfare Specialist to support our Aberdeen Research Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities- Specialize in Electromagnetic Spectrum (EMS) Fires Electronic Attack (EA) Specialist
- Provide technical support to the EMS Fires Electronic Attack (EA) Integrated Product Team (IPT)
- Support off‑site meetings and conferences (e.g., Operational User Working Groups, Mission Planning Electronic Warfare Working Group) and associated Cyber/EA or multi‑domain operations hosted working groups
- Provide SME support to IPT in person, on phone, or on travel – related to EMS Fires (EA) or multi‑domain operations
- Review, comment, and make recommendations on EMS Fire products (e.g., Program Plan, Integrated Milestone Schedule – IMS, Data Deliveries, Data Standards, Verification and Validation Plan products)
- Collect, analyze, and manage requirements and feedback from the community, as defined by the Joint Cyber/EMS Fires EA JMEM IPT on EA effectiveness data (weapon/target characterizations (WC/TC); EA Effectiveness Models; Operational Effectiveness Metrics and Usage needs)
- Coordinate requirements and collection database standards with the JTCG/ME and other IPTs
- Draft meeting agendas, briefing materials, minutes, surveys, plans, estimates, status reports, and resolutions for government review and release
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Systems Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; if you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply.
