Insight Global is seeking a Secret MBSE Systems Engineer to support the development and delivery of tactical fire control and battle management systems in Dahlgren, VA. This individual will leverage Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies to develop system architectures, manage requirements, support software integration efforts, and ensure traceability throughout the system lifecycle. This role will partner closely with software, hardware, test, configuration management, training, and customer stakeholders to deliver mission-critical defense capabilities.
REQUIREDSKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field
- 3+ years of professional Systems Engineering experience
- 1+ year of experience supporting software-centric systems or software integration efforts
- Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and SysML/UML modeling
- Experience using MBSE tools (such as Cameo, Magic Draw, Rhapsody, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar)
