SABG is hiring a full-time on-site FMS Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).

ClearanceMust have or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
LocationDahlgren, VA
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Define, integrate, and implement strategic direction for vital International programs.
- Hands‑on cradle‑to‑grave FMS case experience, drafting P&A’s, LOA’s, and case amendments in the FMS case management systems (DSAMS, CEPT, MISIL, SCIP).
- Assess factors affecting International customers and program/project needs; evaluate and prioritize resources; develop recommendations for complex issues.
- Formulate organizational strategies and action plans to acquire and utilize resources effectively to accomplish the mission.
- Develop, support and deliver senior executive correspondence such as decision memos, read‑ahead, daily updates, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare programmatic and technical materials for position papers, reports, briefings, testimony, and Congressional inquiries, including aiding in correspondence and overview briefings on political/military, security cooperation, and arms‑control issues.
- Work with government entities such as OSD, Joint Staff, and Military Departments.
- Conceptualize interagency operating procedures and technology‑transfer, export‑control policy, and treaty obligations related to Allied weapons systems, ensuring proper technology‑security considerations.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum QualificationsCapable of leading and executing tasks associated with international issues for complex weapon systems to support stakeholder requirements. Requires specialized knowledge and ability to work as part of a team, solving complex problems.
Education and Experience- At least five (5) years of experience leading and executing tasks associated with international issues for complex weapon systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, International Relations, or related disciplines.
- FMS experience required.
- Proficient in personal computing and standard office equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe software suites.
