Program Analyst – Network Designs, Inc.

Join Network Designs, Inc. (NDi) as a Program Analyst to support federal IT and network programs.

Requirements
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Active Secret Clearance required.
  • 5 days onsite in Dahlgren, VA; up to 40% remote possible.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Six years professional experience in IT and network acquisition, analysis, and planning.
  • Experience supporting integrated logistics, enterprise architecture, and program cost analysis.
  • Background in management support for large‑scale IT or network modernization programs.
  • Strong understanding of DoD or federal acquisition processes, cost estimating, and resource planning.
  • Proficiency in analytical and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Demonstrated cross‑functional collaboration and effective communication to technical and leadership audiences.
  • Expertise in cost modeling, budget tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of federal acquisition and procurement documentation (SOWs, CLINs, SLINs).
  • Strong organizational, research, and technical writing skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data and produce actionable management reports.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis to support IT and network acquisition decisions, resource allocation, and lifecycle planning.
  • Prepare cost estimates, spend plans, and performance reports to guide program decisions.
  • Support enterprise architecture alignment and capability integration across projects.
  • Coordinate integrated logistics activities, documentation, and process updates.
  • Provide management support for scheduling, budgeting, and task execution.
  • Track and report performance metrics and milestones to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve cost efficiency.
  • Develop briefings, dashboards, and analytical summaries for program reviews.
  • Maintain compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary $118,060 – $132,475 per year, 401(k) matching, paid leave, health and wellness programs, life and disability insurance, professional development, and education benefits.
