Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist

Watershed Security, a Veteran Owned Small Business with over 20 years of Cybersecurity and Government Contracting experience, is seeking a Senior Customer Technical Support Specialist (Help Desk) to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren, VA. Candidates must have six (6) years of professional experience in Industry, Federal or DoD Help Desk Support using a help‑desk tool such as BMC’s Remedy or Service Now and hold an IAT III level designation with a DoD Top Secret/SCI Eligible Clearance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- One of the following certifications: CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH
- Six years of professional industry experience
- Active DoD TS/SCI Eligible clearance
- Ability to work on‑site in Dahlgren, VA
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Experience with help‑desk tools such as BMC’s Remedy or Service Now
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pay Range
Final salary depends on location, contract labor categories, experience, skills, education, and certifications. Proposed range: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 USD. Watershed offers medical and dental benefits, educational reimbursement, 401K plans with matching, 15 days of PTO to start, and 11 paid holidays per year.
