• 10+ years of management experience (at least 5 in DoD/Navy IT).
• Proven track record leading technical programs with multiple concurrent work streams.
• Strong grasp of DoD acquisition and contracting processes.
• PMP certification or DAWIA Level II/III preferred.
• Excellent communication and client‑relationship skills.
