Bec Tech, Inc. is seeking a Mid- to Senior
- Level Software Engineer to join their team in King George, VA. The qualified applicant will support missile and ballistic missile defense software development, testing, and digital transformation in an Agile environment. The Software Engineer's functions include providing professional support to the client and Program Manager.

• Assist with the digital transformation of program data and processes.
• Assist with the design, development, and testing of complex missile system software in an Agile environment.
• Experience in C++ software development, maintenance, and software integration testing.
• Utilize software development tracking tools to capture requirements, track defects, and update implementation status.
• Establish and maintain software development tasks and report technical progress.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics with a focus on software development.
• US citizenship.
• Security+ Certification.
• Secret Clearance (Interim or Final).

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Math, or Physics with a focus on software development.
• At least 6 years of experience for mid-level engineers and 12 years for senior-level engineers in missile or combat systems software.
• Experience with software development in an Agile environment and digital transformation.
• Basic platform experience (e.g., Windows, Unix).
• Model Driven System Engineering (MDSE) experience.
• Current Secret Clearance (Interim or Final).

• Physical and mental requirements include extensive computer use and ability to handle a stressful environment.
• Work environment is indoors in an office setting.
• Must interact with clients daily.

Salary: $90,000 - $135,000 per year
