Software Build Coordinator

Overview

Configuration Management (CM) Specialist:
Software (SW) Build Coordinator s role involves developing scripts and automation tools to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms. You will assist in day-to-day SCM activities and collaborate with participants in software development projects. This position is available for immediate hire and is located in Dahlgren, VA
.

• Support and work within the Agile Methodology (e.g., Daily Standups, Product Backlog Item [PBI] development, PBI meetings, Sprint Planning, Sprint Bazaar, Sprint Retrospective, etc.)
• Support the CM Software Build processes to include:
• Build software via Linux-based environment
• Audit built software
• Load Cycle built software on tactical representative configuration

Essential Skills and Experience
:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an Active Secret Security Clearance
• High School Diploma
• Five (5) years of CM experience and CM processes
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technical system configurations and understand part versioning
• Highly proficient MS Office tools, primarily MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels to include co-workers, managers and government customers
• Dependable, self-starter with strong technical skills and attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy
• Strong organizational, task tracking, and follow up skills are a must

• Linux OS
• Scripting Language (e.g., Bash, Python)
