The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Cadet Leadership Academy department on the Dahlonega campus.
Job SummaryWe are requesting a position to cover the Superintendent's Office and the Commandant's Office. The student will do random tasks needed from the staff in the department: run errands on campus, cover the office while admin is away, send correspondence to donors, answer the phone, and file paperwork.
Responsibilities- Prepared to work in the office where many campus visitors see you and look professional.
- Interact comfortably with staff, students, and a variety of guests.
- Run campus errands, cover the admin desk, answer the phone, and direct callers as needed.
- Cover the main reception area in Price once a month to cover for lunch meetings.
- Basic office knowledge, common sense, neat and clean appearance; able to speak clearly for others to hear and understand.
- Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
