Job SummaryThe University of North Georgia is accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Boys & Girls Clubs of Lanier. The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and provides executive support in a one‑on‑one working relationship. The Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters related to the CEO’s office and acts as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management teams, organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations.
Responsibilities- Complete administrative tasks for the CEO such as managing calendar appointments, expense reports, and preparing itineraries and agendas.
- Plan and coordinate the CEO’s schedule and update binders and files in the office.
- Maintain documents for the CEO, agreements, MOUs, and a list of deliverables for all grant‑related requests.
- Act as the administrative liaison to the Board of Directors and Advisory Board.
- Preferred majors:
Business Administration/Management, Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, Pre‑Law, English.
- Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
