We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Dahlonega, United States. As a CSR, you will be the face of our organization, delivering exceptional customer service while managing inquiries, orders, and transactions with professionalism and enthusiasm. • Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to outstanding service
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly, listen attentively to customer inquiries, and provide accurate information with clarity and patience
• Process customer orders accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system while maintaining attention to detail
• Handle cash and electronic payments securely, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly
• Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, working toward swift resolutions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment that meets company standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and support colleagues during busy periods
• Follow all company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance at all times
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing customer needs while managing administrative responsibilities
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer experiences and suggestions for service improvement

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills; comfortable engaging with strangers and building rapport
• Proven ability to operate a cash register and/or point-of-sale (POS) system accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance
• Positive attitude with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when handling difficult situations
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

• Previous customer service or retail experience
• Experience handling customer complaints and resolving conflicts diplomatically
• Multitasking ability with strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction
• Bilingual capabilities (a plus, not required)
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
