We’re seeking a motivated, compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team either part-time or full‑time. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hygienist who values patient relationships, teamwork, and professional growth. • $64,000 - $82,000 per year

Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (No Fridays or weekends!)

• License & Certification:
  Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support
• Active Georgia RDH license
• 2+ years of clinical hygiene experience
• Proficiency in digital radiography
• Strong communication & patient education skills
• CPR certification

• Local anesthesia certification
• Experience with periodontal therapy
• Familiarity with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft)
• Nitrous oxide certification

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, SRP, and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct oral health assessments and document findings accurately
• Take and interpret digital X-rays and intraoral photos
• Educate patients on personalized oral hygiene techniques
• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (if certified)
• Collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain strict infection control protocols
• Build rapport with patients to ensure a comfortable, positive experience
