The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for an IT Student Technician position
- Institutional Student Worker, on the Gainesville campus. The IT Student Technician serves as a front-line support resource for students, faculty, and staff, assisting with a variety of basic technology-related issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing support for mobile and personal devices, and documenting work orders and service requests for escalation to the appropriate IT teams when additional support is needed.

This is a trusted position that requires a high level of professionalism, responsibility, and confidentiality. Student technicians are expected to handle sensitive information appropriately and represent the IT department with integrity in all interactions.
