Demand Planner & Inventory Analyst

Are you a data-driven supply chain professional who thrives on turning insights into action? Refrigi Wear is seeking a Demand Planner & Inventory Analyst to join our Purchasing team and play a critical role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time to support our customers and business growth. This position combines forecasting, inventory optimization, purchasing support, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and inventory performance.

At Refrigi Wear, we keep people warm so they can do the work that keeps the world moving. For more than 70 years, we've been the go-to brand for cold-weather and industrial workwear-trusted by the teams who work in the harshest environments. We're growing fast and looking for talented people who share our passion for problem-solving, continuous improvement, and creating products that make a real difference.

When you join Refrigi Wear, you join a team that values hard work, innovation and creativity in a collaborative and supportive culture where ideas matter, employees are valued, and your work helps protect and empower workers everywhere.

As a Demand Planner & Inventory Analyst, you will:

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, seasonality, customer trends, and market intelligence.
  • Analyze inventory performance and recommend strategies to optimize stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and stockouts.
  • Generate purchasing recommendations through ERP and MRP systems.
  • Support supplier capacity planning and long-term inventory projections.
  • Monitor key inventory metrics including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rates, service levels, and inventory aging.
  • Maintain inventory, forecasting, and planning data within Net Suite and other business systems.
  • Create reporting dashboards, KPIs, and inventory performance analyses.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Development, Customer Service, and Operations to align inventory plans with business objectives.
  • Assist with offshore sourcing forecasts, container planning, and inbound inventory management.
  • Identify supply chain risks and proactively recommend solutions.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, purchasing, supply chain planning, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookups, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Experience working with ERP and MRP systems.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and forecasting methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
  • Net Suite ERP experience.
  • APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting offshore sourcing and long lead-time inventory planning.

Your week runs at full throttle:
Monday–Thursday you're on-site in Dahlonega, syncing quickly with partners and turning fresh inputs into crisp plans;
Friday you shift remote to focus time-tightening dashboards, validating assumptions, and prepping next steps. You'll bounce between deep analysis and fast alignment: pressure-testing forecast changes, spotting where inventory is drifting, and translating the story behind the data for leaders. You'll also stay close to inbound flow-thinking ahead on long lead-time items, container timing, and how shifts in demand ripple through supply.

The pace is real, the decisions matter, and your work keeps teams ready for what's next.
