Starting Compensation
: $17 / hour + benefits.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the hotel is kept in top working order. You will plan and oversee preventative maintenance projects, maintain operational safety of guest and employee spaces, perform cosmetic repairs, and resolve light to moderate plumbing and electrical issues. You will work closely with the Chief Engineer to keep all certificates, licenses, permits, and inspections up to date.

• Friendly and enjoys working as a team
• Can lift and carry objects of up to 50 lbs regularly
• Can lift and carry objects over 50 lbs occasionally
• Flexible availability in case of emergencies
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry skills
• Able to record progress/issues to the provided app
• Ability to self‑manage ongoing projects effectively
