Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of Waffle House restaurants. This full-time position is based on-site in Alpharetta, GA. Key responsibilities include managing restaurant performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervising and developing team members, maintaining operational standards, and achieving sales and profitability goals. The Operations Manager will also act as a leader by fostering a positive workplace culture, assisting with team training, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including motivating and supervising staff effectively.
  • Proven experience in operational oversight and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in customer service practices and ability to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Understanding of business operations, such as sales, profitability, and cost management.
  • Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays.
