We are currently seeking a dependable Powder Coater to join our manufacturing team in Dahlonega, GA. This position is responsible for preparing metal parts, applying powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment, and ensuring a high-quality finish that meets production standards. The ideal candidate has experience in powder coating or industrial painting and takes pride in producing quality work.

• Prepare metal parts by cleaning, sanding, or blasting surfaces before coating.
• Hang and remove parts from racks or conveyor systems.
• Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment.
• Inspect coated parts for complete coverage, quality, and defects.
• Load coated parts into curing ovens and monitor the curing process.
• Perform final quality inspections after parts have cooled.
• Maintain spray equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.

• Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred.
• Experience using spray equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around heat and industrial equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
