Red Barn Veterinary Hospital is looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic veterinarian to join
our busy, established practice in Dahlonega, Georgia.

Nestled in the Northeast Georgia mountains, Dahlonega offers small-town charm, beautiful
scenery, outdoor adventure, and a welcoming community. With its historic downtown, local
wineries, hiking trails, waterfalls, and charming Hallmark-movie atmosphere, it’s a wonderful
place to live and work. Atlanta is also within easy driving distance when you want the amenities
of a major city.

We are a busy veterinary practice open 6 days a week with a team of 6 doctors. We primarily
see dogs and cats, while also treating a variety of exotic patients.

Our practice offers a varied caseload, including preventive and wellness care, medical and sick
visits, dentistry, and a wide range of surgical procedures.

We are proud to have a collaborative team of veterinarians and a dedicated, experienced
support staff. We believe in working together, sharing knowledge, and supporting one another to
provide excellent patient care.

Our hospital is equipped to provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services, including:

• Digital Radiology
• Ultrasonography
• Comprehensive bloodwork
• In-house laboratory testing
• IDEXX Reference laboratory services when additional testing is needed
• Surgical services
• Preventive and wellness care
• Sick and medical appointments

Having both in-house laboratory capabilities and access to a reference laboratory allows our
doctors flexibility in choosing the appropriate diagnostics for each patient.

We are seeking a veterinarian who is compassionate, motivated, and enjoys being part of a
collaborative team.

This position is open to both experienced veterinarians and new graduates. Experienced
doctors will have the opportunity to bring their knowledge and interests to a diverse caseload,
while new graduates will have the support of an experienced team as they build confidence and
develop their skills.
