We are looking for a friendly and dependable Retail Sales Associate to join our winery team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting guests with wine purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized retail area.
Responsibilities:- Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist customers with wine selections and retail purchases
- Operate point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
- Restock merchandise and maintain displays
- Keep the retail area clean and organized
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Interest in wine and hospitality is a plus
