Job Summary

The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Fraternity & Sorority Life department on the Dahlonega campus. The role supports daily operations within the Fraternity and Sorority Life office, including roster management, data analytics, and marketing initiatives. It plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, analyzing engagement trends and creating outreach materials to strengthen communication and organizational effectiveness across the FSL community.

Responsibilities
  • Supports daily operations within the Fraternity and Sorority Life office, including roster management, data analytics, and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintains accurate membership records and assists in analyzing engagement trends to inform current and future programming and outreach.
  • Contributes to the development of marketing materials and communication efforts.
  • Provides administrative and operational support to enhance the effectiveness of FSL programs and services and assists Center for Student Engagement and Leadership as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
  • Basic proficiency in data management, analytics, and marketing or social media platforms.
  • Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to supporting student engagement and organizational success.
Required Qualifications
  • Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
