Job SummaryThe University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a summer semester Student Center Building Manager in the Center for Student Engagement and Leadership. This position will be from May until August, with an option to remain through the Fall Semester if interested.
Responsibilities- This position assists with daily operations within the office and manages the Hoag Student Center during after office hours on the Dahlonega campus.
- This position is often the first point of contact for patrons of the office and supports student organization and/or departmental events occurring in the evening and during weekends.
- Shifts are available during open building hours Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm (11pm for scheduled events), Saturdays and Sundays as needed for events scheduled in the Student Center.
- A uniform is required for this position which will be provided by the employer.
- Working knowledge of Campus Operations and Departments, locations of campus buildings, general knowledge of the Dahlonega downtown area.
- Customer Service skills, computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
