Store Assistant Manager.

You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This is a hands‑on position. Your duties include:

• Cost control and inventory management
• Cash control and accuracy
• Customer relations and service
• Staff scheduling, staffing, and paperwork
• Food management and preparation
• Work to a schedule and maintain store image
• Ensure adherence to standards and perfect image
• Attendance, punctuality, and transportation
• Store cleanliness and marketing initiatives
• Profitability and performance monitoring

• Minimum age 18 years or older.
• Ability to pass all required company background checks.
• Completion of orientation and on‑the‑job training.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills, including making correct monetary change.
• Proficient in entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Good motor coordination and hand‑eye coordination.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to navigate within the store and to the delivery vehicle.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery purposes.
• Skill in reading maps, using GPS, and navigating adverse terrain.
• Capacity to carry and deliver pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.

• Standing for most tasks, with light walking for short distances.
• Regular bending, stooping, and reaching tasks in food assembly and stocking.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds from the floor and stack items up to 72 inches high.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F.
• Potential for sudden changes in temperature, use of sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Driving duties may involve working in adverse weather, night vision, and frequent navigation of stairs.
