First Merchants Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Post Closer to join our team. This position will package closed loans for delivery to applicable investor in a complete and salable package.
In order to be successful, you will organize and stack mortgage loan files, review for completeness, update funding information, validate HMDA data, and cure deficiencies with the closing agent or customer. A minimum of 1 year mortgage loan processing experience and a high school diploma are required.
