Position: VTC Technician Associate with Security Clearance

Thank you for considering a fulfilling career teau Group is seeking an Associate VTC Technician to join our team. The VTC Technician is responsible for hosting, setup, tracking and coordinating VIP meetings.

Responsibilities:
* Support all VTC operations

* Support day-to-day VTC setup, scheduling, troubleshooting, maintenance, in-call support, and training on VTC equipment

* Verify calendars, support scheduling of various rooms, and coordinating with VIPs

* Support replacement of equipment and installation of replacement equipment

* Support MS Teams meetings in the same capacity as VTC when hosted in a conference room

* Coordinate conference room schedules via multiple calendars

* Submit/track equipment warranty requests and trouble tickets when required

* Document work completed in a local ticketing system

* Other duties as assigned Requirements To get started, you must have:
* Secret clearance

* Good communication and schedule awareness skills

* Basic knowledge of video telecommunications hardware and Microsoft Teams

* Excellent interpersonal skills Preferred
* Advanced A/V and VTC experience
