Gemeente Dronten zoekt een salarisadministrateur-in-opleiding om het vak te leren binnen de salarisadministratie. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega’s en ontwikkelt je verder in salarisadministratie, arbeidsvoorwaarden en wet- en regelgeving.
Je leert de verwerking van personeels- en salarisgegevens en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheden. Je werkt nauw samen met HR, Financiën en Functioneel Beheer om de functie en organisatie te leren kennen.
