Director of Family Ministries Church

Join the impactful ministry team at Dalhousie Church in Calgary. We are hiring a Family Ministries Director to lead and innovate children's programs and family outreach.

In this permanent part-time role (20-22 hours weekly), you will provide leadership for DC Kids and midweek Clubs, fostering a supportive environment for families. You will also collaborate with a skilled team to strategize outreach efforts toward parents and couples, helping them build meaningful faith connections. A strong commitment to Biblical teaching is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support children's ministry and activities

• Build outreach strategies to engage families

• Teach and mentor children alongside volunteers

• Enhance marriage and family ministries within the church

• Work collaboratively with church staff and volunteers

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in children or family ministry

• Biblical training from a recognized institution

• Affiliation with the Mennonite Brethren faith

• Strong relational skills with church families

• Meeting Biblical pastoral leadership qualifications
