📜Level 3 (or above) qualificationinEarly Years Education

🔹 Safeguarding Children training Level 2 and 3 must be completed through the Islands Safeguarding Children's Partnership

👶Proven experienceworking with childrenunder 5and agenuine passionfor early childhood education

🗣Strong communication skills—able to connect with children, parents, and colleagues

📅Excellent organisational abilities—keeping learning environments structured yet exciting

🧠Deep understanding of child development—applying your knowledge to plan and deliver engaging activities that help young learners thrive

⚖️ Applicants must be subject to States of Guernsey registration
