We’re searching for
dynamic, passionate, and skilled childcare professionals
to join our
team
.

• 🔹
  Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
• 🔹
  Experience in an early years setting
  , with supervisory experience an advantage—ideally as a Nursery Room Leader or Nursery Room Manager
• 🔹
  Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills to inspire and support your team
• 🔹A passion for fostering children’s development
  and creating positive relationships with families
• 🔹 Applicants must be subject to
  States of Guernsey registration
• 🔹
  Safeguarding Children training Level 2 and 3 must be completed through the Islands Safeguarding Children's Partnership
