Platinum Recruitment is seeking an experienced Relief Banqueting Chef in Guernsey to support the banqueting kitchen throughout October. You will help run the function kitchen, lead junior staff on line cooking, prep and plating, and oversee stock, ordering, and quality control during busy service.
The role offers flights reimbursed, free onsite accommodation, meals on duty, and a referral scheme up to £250. Join a well-established hotel team and maintain restaurant standards during events.
