Position Overview

This is a unique chance to help build something extraordinary. The Director of Hospitality will have overall responsibility for all food and beverage operations, guest experience, events, service standards, operational excellence and financial performance across La Grande Mare's hospitality offering.

Working closely with the Managing Director, this individual will establish the culture, standards and operating model required to make La Grande Mare the leading golf and hospitality destination in Guernsey. The successful candidate will lead a team of approximately 40 associates and oversee the Executive Chef and all front and back of house operations.

• Wine & Juice Bar
• Food & Beverage Operations within the Lodges
• Catering for Corporate Functions, Weddings and Special Events

Hospitality will be a defining feature of La Grande Mare's future success. We are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded and service-driven Director of Hospitality to lead this journey. This role would suit an established hospitality leader from a luxury venue or an exceptional senior manager ready to step into their first executive leadership position.
