We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Sales & Events Manager at Fermain Valley Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

As our Sales & Events Manager, you will lead the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, overseeing events from initial enquiry through to flawless execution. Responsible for driving sales, maximising conversions, and managing the end-to-end planning process, you will ensure every event is delivered to the highest standards of quality, service, and professionalism.
With a passion for hospitality and a flair for sales, you will build strong relationships with clients, guiding them through their journey with confidence and expertise. From weddings and private dining experiences to corporate events and special celebrations, you will create bespoke occasions that exceed expectations and enhance the venue's reputation.
Combining commercial awareness with operational excellence, you will oversee all aspects of event planning and delivery, ensuring every detail is carefully considered. You will also lead, coach, and inspire the Sales & Events team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture while implementing strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Highly organised, proactive, and service-driven, you will consistently identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and grow the business. This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business.
