Salary
-up to £35,000-£50,000 basic (depending on experience) + OTE
Our client is a well-established multi-franchise main dealership in Guernsey and is looking for an experienced Master Technician who is open to relocating to join their busy Service Department.

- Carry out complex vehicle diagnostics, servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose and resolve advanced mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults efficiently.
- Support and mentor other Technicians, providing technical guidance and expertise where required.
- Complete all work accurately and within manufacturer flat-rate times where appropriate.
- Ensure all diagnostic reports, repair documentation, and job records are completed accurately.
- Carry out quality control checks to ensure vehicles are repaired to the highest standard.
- Work closely with the Service Department to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in line with Health & Safety requirements.
- Keep up to date with manufacturer training and new vehicle technologies.
- Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Previous experience as a Master Technician, Senior Technician, or Diagnostic Technician within a main dealership.
- Manufacturer Master Technician accreditation is highly desirable.
- Advanced diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Strong technical knowledge across mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting colleagues.
