Responsibilities in your new role as Private Event Staff   As Private Event Staff, you will be the face of exceptional service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Your duties will include:
Expertly serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner
Take customer orders accurately and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations
Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience
Process payments efficiently and accurately
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the event
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
Comply with alcohol licensing laws and responsible service practices
Follow client instructions to ensure the smooth running of the event
Your personality, experience and qualifications   We are seeking individuals with a positive, proactive attitude who will be confident working in a private home setting on 15th August. Ideally, you will bring:
Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or hospitality role
Experience working at private events or high-end functions is highly desirable
Confident serving food and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English
Ability to maintain a clean, organised, and professional environment
Professional, reliable, and well-presented with a guest-focused approach
Proven commitment to delivering high standards of service
