Overview
The Dallas (GA) Housing Authority is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Housing Manager. This is a highly responsible administrative position reporting directly to the Executive Director. Supervision of other administrative employees may be required.
Responsibilities- Duties include application taking; initial and ongoing eligibility reviews, leasing of apartments; providing customer service; and maintaining financial and statistical records in accordance with program rules and regulations.
- At least five (5) years of experience in leasing and occupancy of federally subsidized housing properties.
- Knowledge of the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Program is a plus.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree from an accredited college or university is a plus.
Salary ranges from $40,000 to $60,000 depending on experience. An excellent benefits package including medical insurance, retirement, paid holidays and vacation is offered.
