This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dallas, GA, for a Certified Nursing Assistant role. The Certified Nursing Assistant will provide daily care and support to patients, assisting with personal hygiene, feeding, mobility, and medication needs as directed. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patients' overall health, maintaining accurate records, and offering compassionate emotional support to enhance their well-being. The ideal candidate should ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients.

• Proficiency in patient care tasks such as personal hygiene assistance, transfer techniques, and feeding support
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and the ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare staff
• Strong observational skills to monitor patients and document critical information accurately
• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license and CPR/First Aid certification
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to caregiving with a strong sense of empathy
• Flexibility and ability to work effectively in different healthcare environments
• Previous experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting is a plus
