Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly children. This role involves developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and other professionals to enhance the quality of life for those we serve.

- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the root causes of challenging behaviors.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to behavior management.
- Provide training and support to staff on behavior analytic principles and techniques.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay current with research data collection methods and best practices in applied behavior analysis.
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Knowledge of special education practices and medical terminology.
- Strong skills in medical documentation and adherence to HIPAA standards.
- Ability to effectively collect, analyze, and interpret research data related to behavioral interventions.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.
- Compassionate approach towards working with individuals with disabilities, ensuring their dignity and respect are upheld at all times.
