The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (Pro Serve) team is seeking a skilled Principal Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you'll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You’ll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

You'll architect complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to each customer. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies. As a trusted advisor, you’ll guide customers on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions while leading the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks.

• Design, implement, and build complex, scalable, and secure GenAI and ML applications and models built on AWS tailored to customer needs.
• Produce AI-native deliverables—custom AI tools for customers rather than static documents or generic artifacts.
• Navigate complex customer relationships, identify business problems, and build trust.
• Provide technical guidance and implementation support throughout project delivery, focusing on AWS AI/ML services.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective model training, building, and deployment strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

• 8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or a related field.
• Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g., security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA).
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile/iterative methodologies.
• Degree in advanced technology, or AWS Professional level certification.
• Knowledge of compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape.
• Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR.
• Experience implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments.
• Experience managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and identifying relationships between business services, information, applications and global infrastructure assets.
• Experience with enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, and custom applications.
• Experience in performance optimization and cost management for cloud environments.
• Experience explaining technical concepts in pre‑sales environments.

Compensation includes a base salary range, sign‑on payments, and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
