You

are:

An experienced OnBase Analyst.

The Work:

Depending on the client engagement, the OnBase Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with Accenture team, software vendor team, and client in the following areas.

Document current state business workflows.

Assist with the analysis and design of new business workflows.

Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.

Provide input into high level functional specifications.

Work with project managers, architects, business analysts and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application.

Participate in transitioning the requirements and use cases to ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.

Assist in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing.

Participate in quality management reviews of the design and performance of work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements.

Perform or advise on system configuration and integration setup and assist with testing activities.

Serve as an intermediary with client's Epic team and Accenture tech leads to support bilateral understanding of data structures, workflows and technology capabilities and limitations.

Assist in the development and documentation of data requests and source to target mapping.

Other duties as assigned. This work may include implementation, optimization, upgrades, and application support.

Location and Work Arrangement

This role is located in Nashville, TN;
Atlanta, GA;
Columbus, OH; or Dallas, TX and will require on-site 3 days per week.

Here is what you need:

Minimum of 2 years experience in Healthcare IT in an OnBase Analyst/Teamrole
Experience and certification in On Base

Bonus points if you have:

Minimum of 1 year of experience working for a consulting firm
Experience in at least 1 full implementation of Epic
Experience in HIM, Release of Information, Hospital Coding or Deficiency Tracking

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below. We anticipate this job posting will be posted until 07/31/2026.

Annual Salary Range, Colorado: $57,800 to $129,900
Annual Salary Range, District of Columbia: $58,400 to $138,300
Annual Salary Range, Illinois: $50,800 to $129,900
Annual Salary Range, Maine: $46,700 to $110,700
Annual Salary Range, Maryland: $54,900 to $129,900
Annual Salary Range, Massachusetts: $54,900 to $138,300
Annual Salary Range, Minnesota: $54,900 to $129,900
Annual Salary Range, New York: $66,300 to $150,400
Annual Salary Range, New Jersey: $58,400 to $150,400
