The Real Estate Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs to company-owned property, servicing retail locations throughout the Morristown, Greeneville, and Knoxville, TN area.

• Roadway and parking lot repairs, including pothole patching.
• Building maintenance: drywall repairs, floor tile replacement, restroom maintenance, interior and exterior painting.
• HVAC filter changes and maintenance.
• Minor plumbing and electrical repairs, replacing outlets and covers.
• Use of a variety of hand tools.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Related construction or maintenance experience (desired).
• Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• General handyman expertise and knowledge.
• Ability to complete maintenance tasks as directed.
• Welding experience preferred.
