The Finisher will be responsible for finishing metal parts and grates that are manufactured in the Metals Shop. This is an onsite position within a warehouse‑type work environment.

Monday-Thursday: 6am - 4:30pm

Friday: 6am-2:30pm

• Maintain a safe work environment with a “safety first” mindset
• Follow all safety processes and procedures
• Perform daily and repetitive hand finishing operations
• Able to operate a sandblasting booth
• Maintain the desired level of quality required for satisfactory production output
• Assist in the operation of the powder coating machine (loading, operating and unloading)
• Other duties as assigned, such as minor maintenance tasks

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• None
• Ability to use a variety of hand tools
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16"
• Understand work instructions as delivered by Manager
• Ability to withstand extreme temperatures (hot and cold) and outside elements
• Ability to stand/walk/crouch/bend frequently throughout entire shift, up to 10 hours
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
• Ability and willingness to work overtime as needed
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and maintain a steady state of output
