Wellstar Health System - - Responsibilities:
Prepares nutritious and delicious food for Well Star Patient Meal Service, Retail Service and/or other satellite areas using recipes and conventional and/or cook/chill production methods;
Adheres to HACCP and County Health Department guidelines to ensure safety of customers and team members;
Maintains clean and organized work areas and monitors temperatures of food and equipment;
Reads and follows recipes, measures ingredients, and ensures proper cooking techniques;
Collaborates with team members and leadership to meet department and hospital goals
