Responsibilities – Automotive Sales Associate:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technology
• Follow proven steps to close sales
• Follow up with customers for repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers to build your book of business
• Use social media to engage with prospects and promote dealership offerings
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and dealership processes

Requirements/Qualifications – Automotive Sales Associate:

• Prior sales or auto dealership experience is a HUGE plus!
• Good social media, communication, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated to achieve sales goals
• A teachable team participant
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
