MANAGER to join our Dynamiq team. The ideal candidate has experience using a proven sales process and has demonstrated increasing levels of sales success working directly with business owners and decision makers. Are you that person?
Dynamic sales professional responsible for expanding our market presence in the NE Atlanta Metro footprint, prospecting, presenting to C-suite and business owner-level decision makers, and guiding clients through building performance solutions.
Primary Responsibilities- Territory Expansion:
Identify and capture new business opportunities across the NE Atlanta Metro footprint to rapidly expand market share. - Brand Footprint Growth:
Build a strong brand presence in the territory, progressing from initial outreach to closing. - Prospecting and sales presentations:
Understand prospecting, present effectively, respond to questions, and handle objections. - Understanding Building Performance:
Assess client needs and customize solutions based on building performance insights. - Educate customers:
Share insights about building performance and challenge customer thinking. - Conduct onsite building assessments.
- Support development of business cases to be used in the sales process.
- Live out Dynamiq core values (Treat people well, do the right thing, run a great business).
- 4-year college degree preferred.
- 3–10 years of field experience in B2B sales, selling to the C-suite, and prospecting.
- Self-motivated individual contributor with a proven track record of independently managing a geographic territory and achieving business development goals.
- Hybrid workplace adaptability with potential to collaborate in a local office as the footprint grows.
- Disciplined, competitive, relationship-builder, confident, problem solver, and active learner.
- Measurable track record of sales achievement and demonstrated sales process.
- Ability to effectively utilize technology and tools for sales management, including CRM, pricing, proposals, and project planning tools.
Observe a balanced work-life approach. Local travel using your own vehicle with limited out-of-town travel for sales meetings, training opportunities, and conferences. Gas reimbursement is provided for travel. Work safely in client sites and adhere to site safety measures, including the use of PPE when required.
