Job DescriptionDallas School District No. 2 is accepting applications for a full-time Behavior Specialist Teacher at Dallas High School.
Qualifications- Applicants must have a current Oregon teaching license with the appropriate endorsement.
- Behavior management experience preferred.
- Ability to support individual students in developing strategies and skills, including conflict resolution, responsibility, and problem solving.
- Ablility to plan, develop, and implement individual student behavior contracts in collaboration with parents and building administrators.
- Can act as a resource for staff with discipline issues and/or assisting teachers in effective and culturally appropriate classroom management practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
