Job DescriptionLuckiamute Valley Charter Schools (LVCS) is a student‑centered, community‑driven institution dedicated to fostering academic excellence, character development, and a love for learning. Our Bridgeport Elementary campus provides a supportive and engaging environment where students thrive.
This position seeks a passionate and dedicated Title I Educational Assistant for elementary students. The assistant provides supplemental academic support through targeted intervention services designed to improve achievement in core subject areas—reading, writing, and math. Responsibilities include working with students individually and in small groups to reinforce foundational skills and support progress toward grade‑level standards. The assistant works under the supervision of a licensed teacher or program coordinator to implement evidence‑based instructional strategies aligned with Title I program requirements.
Additional duties may include school‑wide supervision tasks such as recess, bus, or cafeteria duty.

- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or two years of college coursework or meet federal Title paraprofessional requirements.
- Experience working with children or students in an educational setting preferred.
- Friendly, caring, strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Ability to support students with diverse academic needs.
- Ability to follow instructional plans and implement interventions consistently and faithfully.
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- High school or trade school degree preferred.
Full‑time
Salary$25 to $27 per hour
