Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Commercialization & PIM Manager to bring Viking and Lynx products to market successfully, with a complete array of marketing assets and sales enablement tools. This role is also responsible for gathering and populating data for the PIM platform. This role involves daily cross-functional project management across Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.
Commercialization Management: Lead the end-to-end commercialization process for product launches, from initial concept to market launch.
- Establish and maintain the commercialization tracker, hosting weekly cross-functional meetings to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
- Identify new sales enablement tools and marketing assets to grow sales
- Identify material and finish samples to support each launch, as applicable
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices
- Gather and input product data for all Viking and Lynx products, which includes; specifications, pricing, images, descriptions, dimensions, features/benefits and other product attributes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and engineering, to collect relevant information and ensure its accuracy.
- Facilitate and organize data entry of new product information into Oracle and PIM and ensure accuracy of Viking and Lynx product information on websites and dealer portal.
- Syndicate PIM content to external customers, such as distributors, dealers and e-commerce
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT or a related field
- Product Information Management (PIM) expertise, ensuring accurate product data across platforms
- Experience in product development and commercialization, ideally in manufacturing industries
- Strong project management skills, preferably with PMP certification
- Excellent communication and project management skills. Writing skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful, with a positive, professional attitude
- Advanced experience with applications including MS Excel, PIM applications, Asana or similar project management tool
