Brief Description
ABOUT THE JOB The Engineering Supervisor provides strategic leadership and technical oversight for the Engineering Division within the Public Works Department. This role is responsible for managing a team of professional engineers, and technicians to ensure the safe, efficient, and sustainable development of county infrastructure, including roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
As a key leader, you will bridge the gap between high-level policy and technical execution, ensuring all projects comply with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS), environmental regulations, and county standards.
- Must possess and maintain a professional engineering license valid in the State of Oregon.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Oregon driver's license.

National protected areas include the Baskett Slough National Wildlife Refuge and Siuslaw National Forest.
