We’re looking for a skilled and dependable nurse to provide both hands‑on care and shift leadership within our Health Center.

At Dallas Retirement Village, the Charge Nurse plays a key role in overseeing daily nursing operations while ensuring residents receive high‑quality, compassionate care. This position supports nursing assistants, collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, and helps maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.

What You’ll Do

The Charge Nurse supervises daily nursing activities while providing direct resident care to residents in Long‑Term Care with oversight of 20 residents and 3‑4 CNA Staff.

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Active, unencumbered LPN license in the State of Oregon
  • Current BLS CPR certification preferred
  • Strong clinical knowledge of nursing care practices
  • Supervisory experience or ability to lead a team effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize workflow
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, resident‑centered care
  • Customer service mindset and team‑oriented approach
