Retail Store and Operations Manager
As a Retail Store and Operations Manager, you will coach, lead, and train your sales team with the goal of providing the best customer service experience. You will conduct one‑on‑one coaching sessions, motivate staff to achieve business and individual goals, and help make the store successful.
Compensation Potential$39,000 to $75,000
Qualifications- Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
- Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Achieve sales and profit goals, proactively analyze business needs, identify opportunities, and create/executive improvement plans
- Experience in marketing and advertising activities
- Ability to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs
